The yearly amendments include the revised Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program (6 year TIP), the Enumclaw School District revised Capital Facilities Plan 2020-2025 and amendments to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map and Zoning for a portion of the property located at 1065 Griffin Avenue (APN 2361500080). The Future Land Use Map will be amended from “Public/Institutional” to “Commercial” and the Zoning Map will be amended from “Public Zoning District” to “Central Business District 2.”
