A Notice of Violation letter is issued when a code violation is confirmed by the Code Enforcement Officer, if the violation is corrected before the due date the case will be closed (see Code Enforcement General Procedure Document in the Informational Handouts section).

Click here to fill out a complaint form from the Report a Concern, Building and Planning Department. In addition, you can contact the Code Enforcement Officer directly by phone, or email. If the complaint is anonymous, the case may be closed for insufficient evidence. City of Enumclaw Code Enforcement is a part-time position, each complaint will be processed in the order it was received, or by safety urgency.
