This is a great class for the beginner to someone who needs a change in their daily workout routine. Water exercise classes work the entire body; upper body, lower body and core. It is also great for those with back or joint issues as this is a no impact class.

Shallow water exercise is an instructor lead class performed in the shallow end of the pool. Participants are standing in the shallow end and use foam bar bells throughout class. Water exercise classes work the entire body; upper body, lower body and core.
Aqua Yoga
Aqua Yoga is an instructor lead class performed in the shallow end of the pool. Participants are standing or floating in the shallow end and use the wall or noodles throughout class for support.
