Passport Information
United States passport applications are
accepted at Enumclaw City Hall Monday thru Friday, 8am
- 5pm.
Required Items:
No photocopies or hospital issued
birth certificates accepted. To order a birth certificate online, visit
Vitalchek.com.

Proof of Identity
- Previous U.S. passport
(mutilated, altered, or damaged passports are
not acceptable as proof of identity.)
- Naturalization
Certificate
- Current, valid
- Driver's license
- Government ID: city,
state or federal
- Military ID: military
and dependents

Fees:
- Please note that two payments are required.
- Adult (over age 16), new passport:
$75 to Passport Services (check or money order
only) .
$25 to City of Enumclaw (cash, check or money order)
$100 TOTAL
- Minor (under 16, see note), new
passport :
$60 to Passport Services (check or money order only)
$25 to City of Enumclaw (cash, check or money order)
$85 TOTAL
Please note: All
minors MUST be present
for verification.
Minors under age 16 must
be accompanied by both parents/guardians when applying.
- Renewal:
(age 16 and over) $75 (send in form
yourself)
Applicant must be able to answer "yes" to all questions on the "Application by
Mail" form to renew passport.
- Expedited Service Fee
(for faster processing):
$60 (additional,
check or money order only)
- Overnight Delivery Service:
You must arrange and pay for the overnight
delivery service of your choice.
Please note: Use of an overnight delivery service does not assure
faster processing at a Passport Agency. That is only assured with payment of
the expedited fee.
