Fire Department

The Enumclaw Fire Department is managed jointly by the City of Enumclaw and King County Fire District #28 and serves the City of Enumclaw and 80 square miles of unincorporated King County surrounding the city. If you have an emergency in the Enumclaw area, please call 911.  To reach the Enumclaw Fire Department for non-emergencies, please call (360) 825-5544 or fax (360) 825-9442.  The Enumclaw Fire Station is located at 1330 Wells Street, on the corner of Wells Street and Stevenson Avenue. Office hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The Enumclaw Fire Department consists of approximately 45 volunteer officers and firefighters, supplemented during weekdays by 4 career firefighters. The Fire Department is responsible for fighting fires, providing pre-hospital emergency medical care, fire safety instruction, and performing fire inspections.  The Enumclaw Fire Department depends on a strong base of active volunteer firefighters.
