Finance Department

The Finance Department is responsible for oversight of the budget process, managing the City's investments, city-wide financial accounting, the senior low income utility discount program, and utility billing.  U.S. Passport Services are also available through this department.  Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at Enumclaw City Hall.   A drop-box is available in the City Hall parking lot off Myrtle Street for convenience in making utility payments, as well as online and automatic payments.  Senior citizens may be eligible for a discount on utilities.  For general questions on these topics, please contact the Finance Department at (360) 825-3591, extension 0.
