Enumclaw Police are now on

The Enumclaw Police Department is using as their social media platform to connect to residents in Enumclaw. is a trusted communications platform for neighborhoods relied on by neighbors across the United States and 7 other countries. Nextdoor’s mission is to provide neighbors and government partners with a platform to build stronger, safer and happier communities. Neighbors rely on to connect with their local communities and have conversations about everything from finding a babysitter, advertising a garage sale, to learning about a rash of break-ins. Unlike other social media platforms, was built from the ground up with the neighborhood in mind. has a public agency platform that allows law enforcement to post messages to a built-in audience across our jurisdiction. The City of Enumclaw and surrounding area has 21 identified neighborhoods and approximately 1,019 members, this will undoubtedly grow as the information options that are available, and the awareness and popularity of increases.

The use of will allow EPD to send important notices to everyone who is a registered follower in our area, or tailor the message to a specific neighborhood if we needed to. We will send out crime prevention tips, advertise community events, notify residents of upcoming road closures, recruit for employment opportunities, etc. EPD cannot view or monitor conversations going on within neighborhoods between neighbors.

If you are not on, EPD encourages you to sign up and be connected to what is going on within your neighborhood and the City of Enumclaw. Only residents within the city limits of Enumclaw will be able to receive messages from EPD.
